Professional Development Activities and FLEX Professional Development activities and FLEX activities vary throughout the year. This web page DOES NOT provide a current listing of the activities for the semester/year. To find out what activities are being offered check with your division, watch for announcements in your e-mail, myCuesta, campus mail, and talk with your colleagues. In filling out your FLEX Contract there are five types of activities that you can list: 100 - Individual Activities It is your responsibility to indicate the types of activities you are claiming for FLEX and provide enough information that your Dean/Director can approve these activity as meeting your FLEX obligation. For example, if you are claiming an Individual Activity, you would select this from the list, indicate the date of the activity, the number of hours, and in the notes field list the name/title of the activity. Example: Similarly, if you participated in a District Event or Divisional Activity that you wanted to claim for FLEX, you would do the same as above for these types of activities. Example: Example: NOTE: An Individual Activity is different than an Individual Flex Project.
